Apple Pudding

Core and shred 4 tart apples. Place in greased baking pan. Sprinkle with whole wheat bread crumbs. Top with a little honey to flavor. Add glass water. Bake 45 minutes in slow oven. Serves four. baked apples no. 1 4 apples, 1 cup seedless raisins.

Core apples, fill with raisins in center. Place in baking dish and add glass of water. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with honey or molasses if additional sweetening is desired. Serves four. baked apples no. 2 4 apples, 1 cup seedless raisins, 2 tbsp. nut meal.
