Eggs And Doufu Soup

Ingredients:

5 oz. bean curd

1 tomato

1 oz. lean pork

2 cups broth

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp. sesame oil

Salt to taste

To Prepare:

1. Cut the bean curd into diamond slices, then scald and drain off the water.

2. Peel the tomato and cut it into small pieces.

Cut the meat into slices;

3. Put the bean curd, tomato and salt into the broth and bring to a boil. Pour the egg into the boiling soup and stir. When it boils again, add the sesame oil and serve.
