The following ingredients:
4 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 lb. squash, 1 carrot. Add: 2 tbsp. whole wheat flour, 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. vegetable broth powder.
Grease dish and bake 25-35 minutes. Serves two. potato loaves 4 raw potatoes, 2 cloves garlic, 4 baked potatoes (leftovers may be used).
Grate raw and shred baked potatoes. Add garlic. Season with vegetable broth powder. Mix well, form into small loaves, and bake in oiled pan for 30 minutes. Serves four. potato pudding 6 potatoes, 1 large Bermuda (or Spanish) onion.
Grate potatoes with skins on and grate onion. Add 1 clove of garlic, minced. Add whole wheat bread crumbs to take up water from potatoes. Bake 30 minVites in hot oven. Sprinkle with parsley when serving and serve with green vegetable salad. Serves three. soybean loaf 2 cups boiled soybeans, 4 stalks celery, 2 grated onions, 1 cup partly cooked string beans.
Drain soybeans. Add celery and partly cooked string beans and grind or chop together. Add grated onion. Mix well and put into greased baking dish. Bake in fairly hot oven until brown. Pour tomato sauce over top when serving. Serves four.
