1 oz. bean curd
2 tbsp. sesame paste
1 tbsp- sesame oil
1 oz. minced pickled mustard root
Salt and sugar to taste To Prepare:
1. Cut the bean curd into 1.5 cm. cubes and rinse it with hot water three times. Set aside to cool.
2. Thoroughly mix the sesame paste with sesame oil. Add salt, sugar and minced pickled mustard root. Pour the mixture over the bean curd and blend well.
