Sugar Free Maple Nut Fudge

INGREDIENTS (For 24 servings)

1 cup organic butter 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite 1/2 cup Swerve

1 teaspoon maple extract or a few drops of maple oil

1 (8 oz) package mascarpone or cream cheese OPTIONS:

1 cup pecans or walnuts 1/2 tsp ground ginger DIRECTIONS

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat till it browns.

Add natural sweeteners until they dissolve and the mixture bubbles just a little.

Using a hand mixer on low speed, add in the maple extract followed with the mascarpone/cream cheese, mix properly until combined and allow it to cool a bit and
whip it together. Stir in the nuts and ginger if using.

Place a piece of parchment/baking paper in an 8 x 8 square baking pan. Pour mixture into the pan and refrigerate overnight (longer time thickens the mixture a lot). Remove from pan, peel away parchment and cut into 1 inch cubes.

MACRONUTRIENT RATIO: 961/2 fat, 1/2 protein, 1/2 carbs
